Music has always been a constant in Ross’ life, whether singing Soca music in the Caribbean or working as a recording engineer in the early days of Grime, Music is something that Ross has always been immersed in.
Ross got his first professional opportunity behind the boards as a recording engineer in East London studios recording Grime artists in 2006. This led to further opportunities as a songwriter and producer.
In 2007 Ross put together and developed the band Rough Copy that would later go on to finish in 4th Place on the X-Factor and sign with Sony/RCA in 2012.
Building an international network of contacts saw Ross begin working as a music consultant to Jamaican dance hall superstar Spragga Benz, Butter Cut Records and US R&B Superstar Mario Winans.
Throughout his career, Ross’ thirst for knowledge has seen him develop a reputation as a go-to guy for marketing, strategy, publishing and logistical planning for both talent and labels, to maximise budgets and increase profits.
Ross has also engaged in management working with Birmingham rapper Mowgs (securing him a deal at Since 93/Sony Music UK) and Boy Better Know producer Jammin.
Ross is currently working with R&B starlet Letisha Gordan, as well as Grammy-nominated producer, songwriter and artist Mario Winans.
